Job Title: Senior Software Development Manager

Job Summary:

IC Resources is seeking a Senior Software Development Manager to spearhead the development of a Network Management System application that supports configuration, monitoring, and management of network elements. As a technical lead, you will be responsible for planning and managing a team of software engineers to create a fine-grained control over the operation and management of the network.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development of the NMS application and planning tool, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
  • Manage a team of software engineers, providing guidance, mentorship, and technical leadership to drive project success.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to collectively achieve company goals and objectives.
  • Develop and implement technical strategies to improve software development processes and methodologies.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards, best practices, and company policies.
  • Requirements:
    • Proven track record of senior technical leadership within a customer-facing online platform environment.
    • Proficiency in C++, C#, or Java (OOP) programming languages.
    • Experience with build tools and environments, such as Jenkins, Maven, or Gradle.
    • Experience in leading the development of Minimum Viable Products (MVPs) and bringing products from concept to market.
    • Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
    • Knowledge of 5G/LTE/WAN or previous experience developing an NMS is advantageous.
