Site Management Specialist

About The Role
TC Facilities Management is seeking a skilled Site Management Specialist to oversee the cleaning team at a busy distribution centre.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise a team of cleaning operatives and ensure service delivery standards are met and audits passed.
- Manage on-site cleaning and waste operations, including decontamination cleans as required.
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers, ensuring their needs are met.
- Complete and sign off necessary paperwork, including shift handover reports.
- Ensure cleaning materials and machinery are available, in good working order, and used safely.
- Oversee periodical cleans to meet required specifications.
- Manage first-stage HR and employee relations issues, including training and induction of new staff.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including COSHH.
