About The Role

TC Facilities Management is seeking a skilled Site Supervisor to oversee a team of cleaning operatives in a busy distribution centre. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional service delivery standards and maintaining a safe working environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise a team of cleaning operatives and ensure service delivery standards are met and audits passed
  • Manage on-site cleaning and waste operative duties, including decontamination cleans as required
  • Develop and maintain relationships with customers, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded
  • Complete and sign off all necessary paperwork, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail
  • Ensure all cleaning materials and machinery are available, in good working order, and used safely
  • Manage shift handover books and ensure smooth transitions between shifts
  • Address first-stage HR and employee relations issues, providing support and guidance to team members
  • Train and induct new staff in their roles, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties
  • Manage staff training and ensure adherence to health and safety and COSHH regulations
  • Take responsibility for the health, safety, and welfare of yourself and others, complying with all relevant health and safety regulations
