About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Host and Runner at Seven Dials Market. As a key member of our front-of-house team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional hospitality and maintain strong communication skills with traders and colleagues
  • Handle reservation administration and support the floor manager in ensuring customer flow is smooth
  • Work closely with all teams within the market to deliver fantastic events and service
  • Seat and assist customers with various requests, queries, complaints, and issues
  • Efficiently and accurately deliver beverages to guests' tables, ensuring correct orders are served promptly and recognizing any allergy requirements
