About the Role:
The Campus Recruiter will be responsible for leading the end-to-end recruitment process for our Intern and Graduate positions across London and Amsterdam. This includes identifying top talent at events, assessing their fit with our company culture, and delivering a seamless candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive recruitment strategy to attract and engage top talent from leading universities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including hiring managers and department heads
- Collaborate with the University Relations team to develop and implement effective recruitment strategies
- Design and deliver engaging on-campus and in-house activities to showcase our company culture and values
- Travel regularly to attend career fairs, events, and interviews
- Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics to inform future strategy and improve candidate experience
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field
- 1-2 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or a related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
- Flexibility to travel and work irregular hours
