Job Summary

The European Bank for Reconstruction and Development is seeking an experienced Associate Banker to join its Manufacturing and Services team. As an Associate Banker, you will contribute to all phases of the project cycle, including project origination, structuring, execution, and monitoring for debt and equity investments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive due diligence on projects, including financial, market analysis, integrity, and EBRD policy compliance.
  • Monitor existing projects and provide recommendations for corrective actions.
  • Assist with origination of new projects, including industry research, client contact, and meeting organization.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree, Master's degree preferred or equivalent experience in finance or a related field.
  • Professional qualifications such as ACA, CFA, ACCA, or CIMA desirable.
  • Strong quantitative skills, with the ability to interpret financial information and design financial models.
  • Good credit analysis skills, with the ability to interpret accounts and understand local and international accounting principles.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills in English and German.
