Senior Quantity Surveyor for Residential Refurbishment Projects

We are seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our team in South East London. As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will take ownership of commercial activities and contribute to the successful delivery of complex residential refurbishment projects.
Key Responsibilities- Leading cost management and commercial oversight for assigned projects
- Preparing and managing budgets, valuations, and final accounts
- Negotiating and managing subcontractor agreements
- Providing strategic commercial advice to project teams
- Producing detailed financial reports and forecasts for stakeholders
- Extensive experience in Quantity Surveying, with a proven track record in residential refurbishment or similar projects
- A proactive approach to identifying solutions and driving commercial success
- Ability to collaborate effectively with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams
- Competitive salary of £75,000 - £85,000 (dependent on experience)
