About the Opportunity:
This is a unique opportunity to join a top-tier contractor as a Senior Quantity Surveyor, specializing in residential refurbishment projects. You will have the chance to work on complex projects, driving commercial success and contributing to the company's continued growth. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in quantity surveying, with a proven track record in residential refurbishment or similar projects, and will be proactive in identifying solutions and driving commercial success, collaborating effectively with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams.

The successful candidate will lead cost management and commercial oversight for assigned projects, prepare and manage budgets, valuations, and final accounts, negotiate and manage subcontractor agreements, provide strategic commercial advice to project teams, produce detailed financial reports and forecasts for stakeholders, and mitigate commercial risks and identify opportunities to enhance value.
