Job Purpose

We're seeking a Product Data Coordinator to collaborate with our retailers, ensuring they are integrated quickly, efficiently, and accurately into our systems. This role involves maintaining high standards of product data integrity across all Fruugo systems.

Main Responsibilities
  • Work with the Technical Operations department to ensure new retailer data meets Fruugo's minimum requirements during integration.
  • Manage and support assigned integrating retailers through to launch.
  • Configure and maintain system and tools for accurate account operation.
  • Assist live retailers with technical support and troubleshoot related problems.
  • Interact closely with other departments to ensure new retailers meet Fruugo's operational processes.
  • Represent Tech Ops at departmental meetings (as required).
  • Communicate and coordinate changes with support teams at integration partners to ensure quick resolution of widespread issues.
  • Keep up to date with changing integration partner features, operations, and technology changes.
  • Maintain an understanding of changing compliance and taxation changes.
  • Support other departments with queries relating to live retailers and issues.
  • Support the development of the Tech Ops department by working with colleagues on ongoing and new projects.
Requirements
  • Good level of ecommerce or technology background.
  • Excellent level of data creation, transfer, manipulation, and management.
  • Willingness to learn, shape, and test the development of new systems.
  • Ability to adapt to changing operations and varied scenarios.
  • Accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Ability to prioritize and organize multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
