Job Title: Assistant Manager

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Assistant Manager to join our team at Autism East Midlands. As a key member of our management team, you will play a vital role in driving forward outcome-focused, person-centred care in our adult services.

About the Role:

The successful applicant will deputise for the manager during their absence, overseeing the day-to-day running of our adult services in Northampton. You will be responsible for managing the staff team, including Team Leaders, and contributing to the overall running of the service.

Experience of working in adult day or accommodation-based services, residential and/or supported living settings, and activities for young people and adults with autism and their families is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the staff team, including Team Leaders
  • Contribute to the overall running of the service
  • Deputise for the manager during their absence
  • Oversee the day-to-day running of adult services in Northampton
