About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Staff Nurse to join our Pre-Assessment team at Ramsay Health Care UK Operations Limited. As a Staff Nurse in this role, you will be responsible for undertaking pre-operative assessments of patients awaiting elective surgery across all specialties.
Key Responsibilities
As a Staff Nurse in Pre-Assessment, you will ensure that patients are prepared physically and psychologically for planned operative procedures, providing appropriate information and identifying potential discharge concerns. You will work closely with a team committed to delivering high-quality clinical outcomes in a supportive environment.
Requirements
- NMC registration
- Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently
- Flexible and committed to maintaining and improving patient experience
- Demonstrates a good working knowledge and compliance with Ramsay Policies and CQC Standards
- A warm, considerate, and empathetic character
