Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Minor Illness Practitioner to provide urgent, on-the-day care for our patients. Our clinical team includes Paramedics, Pharmacists, Physiotherapists, Mental Health Workers, and Nurses.

Main Responsibilities

  • Assess and triage patients, including same-day triage via phone and face-to-face consultations
  • Manage patient lists and provide treatment or referrals as needed
  • Identify red flags and take appropriate action
  • Work collaboratively with our multi-disciplinary team
  • Complete relevant training and adhere to local clinical guidelines

Person Specification

  • Experience in a GP or clinical setting with aptitude for working within a primary care team
  • Relevant qualifications, as determined by the ARRS criteria
