About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Assistant to join our team at Essex Cares Ltd. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our customers in their own homes and local communities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personal care and support to customers, including assistance with daily living tasks, mobility, and preparing meals.
  • Work collaboratively with customers, families, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement personalized care plans.
  • Conduct regular assessments and reviews to ensure customers' needs are met and care plans are updated accordingly.
  • Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge in care and support.
  • Work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and bank holidays, to meet the needs of our customers.
What We Offer
  • A competitive hourly rate of £14.04 per hour (Monday to Friday) and £16.04 per hour (weekends).

Requirements
  • A full driving license and access to a car for work-related travel.
