Key Responsibilities- Lead recruitment campaigns and manage the recruitment cycle, ensuring compliance with HR policies and excellent customer service.
- Collaborate with the HR team and stakeholders to deliver a professional and responsive HR service.
- Support the HR function with ad-hoc activities, including note-taking, advice and guidance, and management of HR systems.
- Proven background in HR, particularly in recruitment and operational HR functions.
- Strong communication and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- CIPD Level 3 or above (desirable).
- Civil Service Pension Scheme - average employer contribution of 27%.
- Hybrid / Flexible Working.
