Travel Administrator Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity to join a Private Family Office in Central London as a Travel Administrator. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing travel logistics, itineraries, and complex trips for the family.

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced PA with exposure to supporting HNW individuals and their needs. A strong background in concierge services and luxury travel would be beneficial.

The ideal candidate will be trustworthy, discreet, and positive in outlook. They will also be able to work independently with minimal supervision and have excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage travel arrangements, including booking flights, hotels, and car rentals.">
  • Coordinate complex itineraries and multi-leg trips.">
  • Process visas and other travel documentation.">

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience as a PA or in a similar role.">
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.">
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.">
  • Familiarity with luxury travel and concierge services.">
  • Discretion and confidentiality when dealing with sensitive information.">
  • Flexibility to work on last-minute requests and out-of-hours if required.">

Salary

The salary for this role is approximately £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience.

This is an office-based role, 5 days a week, based in beautiful offices in Central London.
