Operations Leader Opportunity

Escape Recruitment Services is working exclusively with Component Sense, a pioneering company driving sustainability in electronic manufacturing. We are seeking an exceptional Operations Leader to support their global growth plans.

This role will involve overseeing the Newbridge operation while supporting existing and new overseas operations. As a key member of the team, you will:

  • Manage warehouse, inspection, logistics, and 3PL operations
  • Lead a culture of Continuous Improvement to deliver exceptional quality standards
  • Manage warehouse team activities, including remote-working employees
  • Ensure compliance with ISO requirements
  • Oversee Health & Safety and facilities management
  • Coach individual performance, including training and development

As the company expands, you will play a crucial role in setting up facilities overseas, embedding processes, and managing teams to success in new remote sites. Occasional travel to the US and other regions may be required.

About You:

To succeed in this role, you will likely have:

  • Experience in the electronics industry or a strong understanding of engineering/materials
  • Strong leadership experience in manufacturing or logistics
  • Knowledge of lean manufacturing and quality standards/systems (ISO)
  • Excellent organisational and time-management skills
  • Strong communication skills for technical customer reports and client interactions
  • A strong interest in sustainability and zero-waste/green technology
