Health and Safety Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Health and Safety Manager to join our team at Refresco. As a key member of our site leadership team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the site is maintained in a safe and compliant manner.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement effective health and safety strategies to minimize risks and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with site personnel to promote a culture of safety and well-being, and to identify and mitigate potential hazards.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure adherence to health and safety protocols and procedures.
- Provide technical support and guidance to site staff on health and safety matters, including risk assessments and incident investigations.
- Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and other documentation to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Engage with site staff to promote health and safety awareness and to encourage participation in health and safety initiatives.
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Health and Safety Manager with a strong background in health and safety management. You will have a proven track record of developing and implementing effective health and safety strategies, and of promoting a culture of safety and well-being.
You will have a strong understanding of UK health and safety legislation and regulations, and will be able to provide technical guidance and support to site staff on health and safety matters.
