We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced General Manager to join our team at Loungers. As a General Manager, you will be responsible for leading your team to deliver exceptional customer experiences and driving business growth.
The Role- Lead a high-performing team to achieve sales targets and exceed customer expectations
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Manage labor costs, inventory, and other operational aspects of the business
- Collaborate with the management team to drive business growth and expansion
