About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Estimator and Quantity Surveyor to join our team at A.D.S Construction Personnel Ltd. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing various schemes simultaneously, working on commercial and housing projects, and taking schemes from tender stage through to completion.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage multiple schemes simultaneously, ensuring timely completion and budget adherence.
  • Work closely with clients to understand their needs and deliver high-quality solutions.
  • Collaborate with our team to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Experience as a Quantity Surveyor or Estimator with a background in ground works and civil engineering.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
