About the Role:

A.D.S Construction Personnel Ltd is seeking an experienced Estimator and Quantity Surveyor to join our team. As a key member of our commercial team, you will be responsible for managing various schemes simultaneously, working on commercial and housing projects, and taking schemes from tender stage through to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage multiple schemes simultaneously, ensuring timely completion and accurate budgeting.
  • Work closely with our commercial team to develop and implement effective estimating and quantity surveying strategies.
  • Collaborate with our site teams to ensure smooth project execution and resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an Estimator and Quantity Surveyor in the ground works and civil engineering sector.
  • Strong commercial acumen and ability to manage budgets and forecasts.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on delivering results.
