**Job Overview:**

We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Project Coordinator to join our team at Integral UK LTD. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and organized individual to work closely with the commercial team in delivering commercial duties for Rolls Royce projects.

Key Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the commercial team in procuring and managing supply chains, minimizing costs, and enhancing value for money. They will achieve required standards and quality for the client by working collaboratively with project managers and single-source contractors to reduce costs through value engineering.

Commercial Activities:

The ideal candidate will plan and execute commercial activities to meet programme requirements, including preparing and negotiating claims, such as monthly valuations and final accounts. They will also manage NEC3/4 contracts, Early Warning Notices, and Risk Registers, as well as prepare Cost reconciliation statements and identify savings through value engineering.

Commercial Management:

The successful candidate will measure works and agreements with subcontractors, including placing orders and valuing applications. They will have excellent communication skills, ability to work effectively under pressure, and commitment to providing high-quality service.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need proven experience in Quantity Surveying within building/construction/building service industries. You should be a competent user of IT software packages, including MS Office, and hold a BSc or MSc in Quantity Surveying (highly desirable).

Salary and Benefits:
