Role Overview:
We are seeking a friendly and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Hospitality Ambassador. As a key member of our front-of-house staff, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and ensuring a positive experience for our guests.
About the Role:
You will be responsible for greeting and welcoming guests, seating them, and providing menus. You will take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently, relay orders to the kitchen staff, and ensure timely delivery of food. Additionally, you will assist with food preparation as needed, serve food and beverages in a professional and courteous manner, and address any guest concerns or complaints promptly.
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you will need previous experience in a similar position, excellent time management skills, and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment. You must also be enthusiastic, reliable, and have a passion for providing exceptional customer service.
What We Offer:
We offer a competitive salary of £11.95 per hour, with a 35-hour workweek. This is a full-time, permanent position that offers opportunities for growth and development within our company.
