About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Executive Assistant to support our Managing Partners in delivering business-critical activities, projects, and compliance, training, and competence audits.

The successful candidate will play a critical role in enabling our Managing Partners to achieve new business and customer retention targets in a compliant and sustainable fashion.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the Managing Partner's emails and calendar, including scheduling appointments and making travel arrangements.
  • Coordinate meetings, prepare reports, presentations, and briefing notes, and maintain an organized filing system.
  • Handle personal tasks for the executive and uphold a strict level of confidentiality.
  • Assist with coordinating business-critical activities, projects, and compliance, training, and competence audits.
Requirements
  • At least 3 years of experience as a Personal Assistant to a senior manager/executive.
  • Comprehensive understanding of office management systems and applications.
  • Exceptional planning and time management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Discretion and confidentiality.

Location and Salary
