Job Title: Copy Writer

We are seeking a skilled Copy Writer to join our team at Brackenberry Ltd. The successful candidate will work closely with a Local Authority in Westminster to assist with the appointment of a Copy Writer, on a 3-month contract, with a high likelihood of extension at the client's discretion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Content Review & Editing: Meticulously review and edit over 300 pages of existing content for the community investment platform, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
  • Style Guide Adherence: Ensure all content aligns with Westminster City Council's style guides and tone of voice, maintaining a cohesive brand image.
  • Accessibility Compliance: Guarantee that all copy meets WCAG accessibility standards, ensuring equal access for all users.
  • Content Management: Utilize Drupal as the content management system to input and update copy, streamlining the content creation process.
  • Quality Assurance: Deliver high-standard copy with careful attention to detail, ensuring it is error-free, accessible, and aligned with project objectives.

Requirements:

  • Contract Copywriting: Proven experience in contract copywriting, with a strong ability to adhere to style guides and brand guidelines.
  • Drupal Content Editing: Demonstrated experience using Drupal as a content management system.
  • Excellence in Execution: Deliver high-quality, error-free copy that meets the council's standards and project requirements.
