About the Role:
- Provide person-centered care to residents, promoting independence and dignity.
- Assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Support residents with medication management and administration.
- Engage residents in activities and hobbies, promoting social interaction and mental stimulation.
- Work collaboratively with the care team to ensure seamless care delivery.
What We Offer:

- A 30-40 hour contract, providing a healthy work-life balance.
- 5.6 weeks annual leave, allowing you to recharge and relax.

Requirements:
- NVQ Level 2 Health and Social Care qualification.
- At least 12 months experience working as a Care Assistant.
