Job Summary

We're seeking a caring and reliable Care Assistant to join our team. As a Care Assistant, you'll play a vital role in supporting our clients with their daily needs, including personal care, medication management, and household tasks. You'll work closely with our clients to understand their individual needs and preferences, and provide tailored support to help them achieve their goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide personal care and support to clients, including bathing, dressing, and managing incontinence
  • Assist with medication management and administration
  • Support clients with household tasks, such as shopping and meal preparation
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and their families
  • Work collaboratively with other care professionals to ensure seamless care delivery
