Audit Management Senior Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Manager to join our Audit Quality Directorate (AQD) in an exciting period of growth and expansion. As a key member of our Methodology team, you will play a critical role in shaping the role and the team, working closely with our Audit Advisory Directors and reporting into the Methodology Partner.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and execute audit and audit-related projects, including CASS, with a focus on asset management and capital markets.
- Develop and implement audit methodology and best practices, leveraging your expertise in UK auditing standards and practical application.
- Collaborate with a small team to deliver high-quality audits, providing support and guidance as needed.
- Train and coach peers, sharing your knowledge and experience to drive excellence in audit quality.
- Contribute to the development of audit files, ensuring compliance with ISAs and audit methodology.
- ACA or similar professional accountancy qualification.
- Significant current hands-on practical asset management and capital markets audit/CASS experience.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively, using your own initiative to drive results.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with a focus on finding innovative solutions to complex technical issues.
- Experience in IT auditing techniques, with a strong attention to detail.
- Ability to train and develop others, with a focus on delivering high-quality training and coaching.
