Audit Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Audit Manager to join our team in Worcester. As a key member of our audit team, you will be responsible for leading audit assignments from planning to completion, working closely with senior team members to ensure high-quality delivery.
Key Responsibilities- Support the delivery of audit assignments, overseeing onsite audit fieldwork and reviewing statutory accounts, corporation tax computations, and returns.
- Prepare reports to be presented by Directors during client meetings, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
- Support junior staff by reviewing work and sharing knowledge, promoting a culture of continuous learning and development.
- Liaise directly with clients, building strong relationships and proactively handling queries to ensure client satisfaction.
- Work to client expectations, budgets, and deadlines, promoting a culture of excellence and efficiency.
- Promote services to existing and prospective clients, identifying new business opportunities and driving growth.
- Champion your own professional development, proactively learning from the experienced team and staying up-to-date with industry developments.
- Support the wider firm with ad hoc duties as needed, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to adapt to changing priorities.

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Audit Manager who is ACCA or ACA qualified, with previous experience within practice. The ideal candidate will have demonstrable experience supervising junior staff, excellent communication skills, and sound IT skills.
A self-motivated and reliable individual with a strong work ethic, time management, and organisational skills, who is eager to progress and learn from an experienced team.
A proactive problem solver with a keen eye for detail, able to work confidently with senior team members and passionate about supporting a wide variety of clients.
