About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Learning and Development Professional to join our team at Time Appointments. As a Trainer and Coach, you will play a key role in supporting business excellence through the delivery of structured learning programmes and individual coaching.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver Training Programmes: Design and deliver training sessions, including local induction, continuous improvement, and refresher training, to ensure that employees have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles effectively.
  • Identify Training Needs: Work with management teams to identify specific training needs across the function and develop materials and deliver appropriate learning to meet the needs of the business.
  • Develop Training Materials: Create guides, presentations, and materials that support the delivery of training workshops, ensuring that they meet business, legal, and regulatory requirements.
  • Stay Up-to-Date with Industry Developments: Research, investigate, and learn about new topics in the industry to create and maintain the relevance and currency of training sessions.
  • Organise the L&D Schedule: Assist in organising the Learning and Development schedule to ensure that induction training is prioritised for new colleagues and that the business's changing needs are met.
Requirements
  • Experience: Proven experience of working as a Trainer and Coach, gained within the financial services industry or a similar regulated environment.
  • Qualifications: CIPD Level 3 qualified in Learning and Development (or equivalent).
  • Skills: The ability to conduct training needs analysis, a proactive approach, and experience of creating and implementing engaging training programmes.
