Main Responsibilities

  • Learning Management System: Own and evolve the OCS Group Learning Management System (OCS Academy) to provide a seamless digital learning experience for colleagues.
  • Metrics and Evaluation: Monitor KPIs and metrics to assess the effectiveness and impact of learning initiatives, making data-driven improvements.
  • Compliance and Governance: Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory requirements and industry standards in all learning and development activities.
  • Succession Planning: Lead the senior leadership succession planning approach and personal development plan initiatives for all colleagues.
