THREE60 Energy Limited is a leading provider of energy consulting and project delivery services. We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Implementation Lead to join our team and contribute to our success.
Job Summary
We are looking for a talented and experienced Commercial Implementation Lead to support our cost and commercial function. The successful candidate will have a strong background in cost engineering and commercial acumen, with experience working in the energy sector. They will be responsible for developing project cost and sales reporting, including associated reporting to management and leadership teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Budgeting and Forecasting: Prepare and consolidate project budgets and periodic re-forecasts, including input into management reporting packs.
- Cost Analysis and Reporting: Support project managers with ongoing and regular costs analysis and information relating to the financial performance of projects.
- Audit Support: Lead the gathering and distribution of data required under financial audit, including reported accrual positions and associated sales.
- Monthly Reporting: Manage the preparation, analysis, and reporting of project costs and sales positions at each month-end in line with agreed deadlines.
- Administrative Support: Responsible for advising administrative personnel in the input of information across systems, including costs and sales rates, third-party commitments, and sales invoices.
- System Development: Provide input to the ongoing development of project reporting solutions within software applications, including project costing, revenue recognition, and accrual generation.
- Purchase Orders and Requisitions: Support the correct placement of requisitions and purchase orders across project codes and GL codes.
- Ad Hoc Projects: Support the business services manager and operations management with ad-hoc projects as required, including input to proposals, tenders, budgets, and project analysis.
Requirements:
- Education: Formal qualification in Business or similar (desirable)
- Cost Engineering and Commercial Acumen: Strong cost engineering and commercial acumen
- Energy Sector Experience: Energy Sector experience
- Financial Systems Experience: Experience of using Financial systems and ERP applications
- Project Accounting Knowledge: Knowledge and ability to apply the broad principles of project accounting to a range of project environments
- Leadership and Influence: Ability to operate and influence at senior levels of the business
Salary: £65,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience
