  • The successful candidate will have a strong background in cost planning, estimating, and contract administration, with the ability to coach junior staff and present complex information to clients.
  • The role involves managing the estimating and cost planning stages, including tendering and procuring, and conducting contract administration, including dealing with post-contract cost variances and change control processes.
  • The ideal candidate will have a minimum BSc in Quantity Surveying or a similar field and demonstrable experience delivering cost management services in the specified sectors.
  • Practical knowledge of NEC forms of contract is beneficial.

Reporting Lines

Depending on the context, the successful candidate will report to an Associate Director, Project Director, or Director.
