About the Role
We are seeking a compassionate and reliable individual to join our team as a Care Professional. As a Care Professional, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of our clients, providing them with the support and care they need to live independently.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide personal care and support to clients in their own homes, including assistance with daily living tasks, medication management, and mobility support.
- Assist clients with household chores, meal preparation, and other domestic tasks.
- Engage with clients in activities that promote their physical and emotional well-being, such as exercise, hobbies, and social interactions.
- Communicate effectively with clients, their families, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, including progress notes and care plans.
Requirements
- No experience necessary - we offer comprehensive training to get you up to speed.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and their families.
- Reliable transportation and a full UK driving license.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends.
