About the Role
We are seeking a compassionate and reliable individual to join our team as a Care Professional. As a Care Professional, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of our clients, providing them with the support and care they need to live independently.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide personal care and support to clients in their own homes, including assistance with daily living tasks and mobility.
- Assist clients with meal preparation, medication management, and other daily tasks.
- Engage with clients in activities and hobbies, promoting social interaction and mental stimulation.
- Communicate effectively with clients, their families, and our office team to ensure seamless care delivery.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and care provided.
Requirements
- No experience necessary - we offer comprehensive training to get you up to speed.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Reliable transportation and a full UK driving licence.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- UK resident with a valid passport.
