About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Pension Scheme Administrator to join our team at abrdn. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the successful management of abrdn's pension scheme arrangements, including overseeing complex employee pension queries and complaints, and ensuring compliance with auto-enrolment employer obligations.

This is an exciting opportunity for a talented individual to work with our Reward and HR colleagues, as well as the pension scheme Trustees and their advisers. You will also be responsible for reviewing audit and renewal data prepared by Pensions Consultants, and keeping abreast of statutory regulations and legal changes affecting pension plans.

About You

We are looking for a highly motivated and organized individual with experience in pension administration. You will have excellent communication and relationship management skills, and be able to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.

Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of £70,000 - £85,000 per annum, plus benefits including 40 days annual leave, a 16% employer pension contribution, discretionary performance-based bonus (where applicable), private healthcare, and flexible benefits including gym discounts, season ticket loans, and access to an employee discount site.
