About the Role

Eaglecliff Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled Pension Scheme Administrator to join their team in the UK. The successful candidate will have a PMI pension administration qualification and advanced technical knowledge of defined benefit pension schemes and UK pensions legislation.

This role offers the opportunity to contribute to the success of Eaglecliff Recruitment's clients, working with cutting-edge technology on innovative solutions like wind farms, electric vehicle charging, solar panel heating and battery storage.

The company manages four plans with approximately 45,000 members and annual payments of £900 million. The role involves authorising payments up to £268,275 and transfer values up to £1.5 million.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Performing complex workflow process administration.
  • Answering escalated member queries, including Lifetime and Annual Allowance queries, SSPP queries and complaints.
  • Providing backup support to Senior Pension Administrators and assisting the Operational Team Leader.
  • Collaborating with the pension team in Krakow to provide an end-to-end service.
