Lead the Way in Corporate Security

Momentum Recruitment is seeking a seasoned Security Director to spearhead our client's in-house security function in London. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic security plans, managing operational delivery, and overseeing the creation and implementation of SOPs and assignment instructions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategic security plans to ensure the safety and security of personnel and assets
  • Manage the operational delivery of site security, including liaison with police and emergency services
  • Oversee the creation and implementation of SOPs and assignment instructions
  • Conduct and monitor staff appraisals and encourage further development
  • Staff training and development, including regular emergency preparedness training
  • Cross-functional working with the Property and Facilities teams
Requirements:
  • Experience managing the delivery of operational and/or strategic security in a corporate environment
  • Proven track record of leading and developing inclusive security teams
  • Experience implementing security strategy, including crisis management, emergency planning, and incident management plans
  • Passion for service excellence and ability to positively influence and engage senior stakeholders
  • Professional membership of bodies such as the IWFM or Security Institute is a plus
