We are seeking a skilled Clinical Psychologist to join our team at Search Consultancy. As a Clinical Psychologist, you will be responsible for providing psychological assessments, formulations, and interventions to service users.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments to identify service users' needs and develop effective treatment plans.
- Provide individual and group interventions, including cognitive-behavioural therapy, to promote service users' mental health and well-being.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care and support for service users.
- Supervise and support psychology assistants and other team members to ensure high-quality service delivery.
- Contribute to the development and delivery of in-service training programs to enhance team members' skills and knowledge.
- Hold a doctoral degree in Clinical Psychology or a related field.
- Have a strong understanding of psychological theories and interventions, including cognitive-behavioural therapy.
- Be able to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

- Be able to maintain confidentiality and adhere to data protection policies.
