Pre-Tenancy Coordinator Opportunity

A rare chance has arisen to work with a highly respected independent agency in Locksbottom. The successful candidate will join an award-winning team and be responsible for drafting and sending tenancy agreements, organizing pre-tenancy paperwork, and ensuring compliance before move-in.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drafting and sending tenancy agreements
  • Organizing pre-tenancy paperwork
  • Updating files and property details
  • Filing safety certificates and ensuring they are up to date
  • Ensuring compliance before move-in
  • Organizing any works pre-move-in
Requirements:
  • Previous experience as a Lettings Administrator is advantageous
  • Previous experience dealing with administration
