Job Summary:
Careplushomecare is a leading provider of domiciliary care services, seeking a dedicated and compassionate Home Support Worker to join our team in Enniskillen. As a valued member of our staff, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our clients, assisting them with daily tasks and activities, while promoting their independence and dignity.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide high-quality care and support to clients, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, their families, and other stakeholders, fostering trust and cooperation
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless care delivery, adhering to Company policies and procedures
• Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities, staying up-to-date with best practices and industry standards

Requirements:
• 2+ years of experience in care provision, preferably in a domiciliary setting
• Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritising multiple tasks and deadlines
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration and conflict resolution
• Valid driver's license and right to work in the UK, required for this role

Salary and Benefits:
The estimated salary for this position is £25,000 per annum, commensurate with experience. A full PPE kit will be provided, along with opportunities for career advancement and professional growth.
