Job Title: Food and Beverage Supervisor

About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Food and Beverage Supervisor to join our team at Exclusive Hotels and Venues. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for leading the shift, supervising the Food and Beverage team, and supporting the Food & Beverage Management team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the shift and ensure seamless service delivery
  • Supervise and develop the Food and Beverage team
  • Open and close the business, ensuring all procedures are followed
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure high standards are maintained
  • Run events such as private dining and ensure smooth execution
  • Support and develop team members to achieve their full potential
  • Set an excellent example to others within the team

Requirements

  • Experience within a Food and Beverage environment
  • Supervisory experience is highly desirable
  • Ability to deliver a consistently high standard of customer service in a busy environment
  • Positive attitude towards work and a passion for delivering exceptional service
  • Smart appearance and ability to communicate effectively at all levels
  • Highly organized with an eye for detail
  • Strong knowledge of food and drinks
