Job Title: Food and Beverage Supervisor
About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Food and Beverage Supervisor to join our team at Exclusive Hotels and Venues. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for leading the shift, supervising the Food and Beverage team, and supporting the Food & Beverage Management team.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the shift and ensure seamless service delivery
- Supervise and develop the Food and Beverage team
- Open and close the business, ensuring all procedures are followed
- Provide exceptional customer service and ensure high standards are maintained
- Run events such as private dining and ensure smooth execution
- Support and develop team members to achieve their full potential
- Set an excellent example to others within the team
Requirements
- Experience within a Food and Beverage environment
- Supervisory experience is highly desirable
- Ability to deliver a consistently high standard of customer service in a busy environment
- Positive attitude towards work and a passion for delivering exceptional service
- Smart appearance and ability to communicate effectively at all levels
- Highly organized with an eye for detail
- Strong knowledge of food and drinks
