Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled Quality Manager to lead our quality management system and ensure compliance with industry standards. The successful candidate will have experience in a senior quality position and a strong understanding of quality management principles.
Key Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain a robust quality management system, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
- Manage quality documentation, including policies, procedures, and records, to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Collaborate with process owners to create, update, and review quality documents, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Lead and support internal and external audits, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
- Issue non-conformance reports and ensure corrective and preventative actions are implemented and closed on time.
- Monitor and report quality key performance indicators (KPIs), developing action plans to address issues and drive improvements.
- Resolve customer complaints, conducting site visits as necessary.
- Oversee production testing, inspection activities, and resource management, ensuring equipment calibration and maintenance are completed on time.
- Promote lean principles and participate in continuous improvement initiatives, such as Kaizen, 5 Why, and 8D events.
Requirements
- Experience in a senior quality position within the manufacturing sector.
- Strong understanding of quality management principles and industry standards.
- Ability to lead and support internal and external audits.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
