We are seeking experienced and passionate individuals to join our team as Lecturers in Digital Marketing and/or Marketing Analytics.

Your Role

As a Lecturer, you will play a vital role in shaping the future of our students by providing them with the knowledge and skills they need to succeed in the dynamic world of digital marketing.

Responsibilities:
  • Academic Guidance and Support: Ensure the academic progress and success of Level 7 students, providing personalized guidance and support throughout their learning journey.
  • Curriculum Development and Delivery: Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging and innovative modules in Digital Marketing and/or Marketing Analytics, utilizing a cutting-edge curriculum and diverse teaching methods.
  • Student Engagement and Mentorship: Foster a positive and supportive learning environment, encouraging student participation, critical thinking, and professional development.
Qualifications and Requirements:
  • Proven experience in Higher Education teaching, with a strong understanding of adult learning principles.
  • Expertise in Digital Marketing and/or Marketing Analytics, demonstrated through academic qualifications, industry experience, or professional certifications.
  • A Master's degree in Digital Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is essential.
  • A PhD (within 12 months) or a commitment to pursuing doctoral studies is highly desirable.
  • Teaching qualifications, such as HEA accreditation or membership, are preferred but not mandatory.
