**Job Title:** Senior Kitchen Leader

**Job Summary:**

We are seeking an experienced Sous Chef to lead our kitchen team at The Inn, a busy gastro pub in Woking, Surrey. You will be responsible for delivering exceptional food quality and presentation while managing a team of up to 6 Chefs and KPs.

We are a fresh food pub/restaurant group with 11 busy sites across the South East. We pride ourselves on providing excellent training opportunities, flexible shifts, and a great work-life balance.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Lead a team of up to 6 Chefs and KPs to deliver dishes to company time standards and specification
  • Assist the Head Chef in providing exceptional food quality and presentation
  • Ensure the kitchen is run professionally, profitably, efficiently, and compliantly

**Requirements:**

  • Previous experience of working in a high-volume kitchen

**Estimated Salary:** Up to £37,500 per annum.
