About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced educator to join our team as a Specialist Teacher within our Enhanced Pathway Provision. As a key member of our inclusion team, you will play a pivotal role in developing our provision for students with Special Educational Needs (SEN).

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement personalized learning plans to support each student's unique needs and abilities.
  • Use innovative teaching methods and resources to engage and inspire young learners.
  • Collaborate with external agencies and our wider inclusion team to ensure holistic support for students' development.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment that promotes confidence and growth.
Requirements
  • Excellent teaching skills and experience in SEN.
  • Confidence in the classroom and understanding of how children with SEND learn.
  • High expectations of what can be achieved.
  • Ability to build positive relationships with students.
  • Flexibility and a good sense of humour.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Qualified Teacher Status.
  • Confidence and enthusiasm for using IT and outdoor learning in practice.
  • Flexibility, hard work, and a passion to make a difference in the lives of our young learners.
  • Keen to explore leadership opportunities.
  • Genuine passion for inclusive education and commitment to making a difference.
