Health and Safety Manager

HSE Recruitment is working with a unique events and travel company to find a Health and Safety Manager for a national role.
About the RoleThis is a fantastic opportunity to join a company that values safety and is looking to drive it forward. You will be responsible for identifying improvements and developing a culture of safety within the organization.
You will sit as part of the wider facilities team and have one direct report in health and safety. Your role will involve building relationships at all levels, working alongside great people, and driving the culture and accountability of safety within the business.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement health and safety policies and procedures
- Conduct risk assessments and identify areas for improvement
- Provide training and guidance to employees on health and safety procedures
- Monitor and report on health and safety performance
We are looking for someone with a NEBOSH Diploma or equivalent level H&S qualification and CMIOSH or CertIOSH would be desirable. You should also have a background in a similar field such as events, hospitality, retail, leisure, or tourism.
This is a full-time role paying £55,000 plus car and package.
