Sales Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team and contribute to our ambitious growth targets. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in field sales and solution selling, with a proven track record of success in acquiring new customers and exceeding sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:- Utilize various sales tactics, including door-to-door selling and cold calling, to acquire new customers and expand our customer base.
- Identify new prospects by researching potential markets, organisations, and key decision-makers, and develop targeted sales strategies to engage with them.
- Understand client pain points and offer tailored solutions to address their needs, ensuring that our customers receive the best possible service.
- Effectively negotiate terms and close sales deals to meet or exceed sales targets, while maintaining strong relationships with our customers.
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline of leads and quotes using our company database, ensuring that we are always ahead of the competition.
- Collaborate effectively with the sales support team to onboard new customers and ensure a seamless transition, ensuring that our customers receive the best possible service.
- Proven experience in field sales, solution selling, or a similar role, with a strong track record of success.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients and team members.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively, with a strong focus on meeting deadlines and achieving sales targets.
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and negotiate mutually beneficial agreements.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and proficiency in maintaining sales records, ensuring that our data is accurate and up-to-date.
- Willingness to travel and conduct door-to-door sales activities, with a strong focus on building relationships with customers and identifying new business opportunities.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and resilient in the face of challenges, with a strong focus on achieving sales targets and contributing to the growth of our business.
- Competitive basic salary with realistic monthly bonuses, ensuring that our Sales Executives are rewarded for their hard work and dedication.
- On target earnings in excess of £40,000 per annum, ensuring that our Sales Executives are well-compensated for their efforts.
- Car or car allowance provided, ensuring that our Sales Executives have the freedom to travel and conduct business as needed.
- 23 days holiday entitlement, ensuring that our Sales Executives have the opportunity to relax and recharge.
