Job Description
This is an exciting opportunity for a Personal Injury Solicitor to join Cape Clarke's Serious Injury team in Northampton. As a key member of the team, you will manage a caseload of claimant personal injury cases and collaborate with experienced partners to achieve great results.
Requirements
- A Qualified Personal Injury Solicitor with 1-3 years PQE (Solicitor or Legal Executive).
- Experience in claimant personal injury preferred, but candidates with defendant experience will also be considered.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Package Details
- Competitive Salary: £46,000 - £52,000 based on PQE and experience.
- Flexible/Hybrid Working: Flexible hybrid model with two days a week in the Northampton office.
- Outstanding Benefits Package: Includes a market-leading benefits package and an annual employee bonus of 5-7% of your salary.
