Sales and Operations Coordinator

Austin Fraser is recruiting for a Sales and Operations Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing orders, and developing relationships with customers and suppliers.
Duties and Responsibilities- Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries.
- Process orders onto our back-office system.
- Provide customers with quotes and product information.
- Manage inventory levels and maintain accurate records.
- 2+ years of experience in a sales or administrative role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong organisational and time-management abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
The ideal candidate will have a proactive approach, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Compensation Package- Estimated annual salary: £28,000 - £35,000.
